Founder Erika Ollén, from Sweden, started the first batches of Gnista out of her kitchen, and to this day are made by hand. Barreled Oak is aged in whiskey barrels and meant to substitute for bourbons and whiskeys, and is warming, dark and full of body.
Dry and smokey, with tones of warm spices, chocolate rye and a distinct character of oak barrel.
